Some pics of an altitude test made with the mrsteen FM.

In case you don't know, this is the flight model that is used for debugging terrain problems.  It allows you to fly at unrealistically fast speeds throughout the entire theater, and allows you to stop and 'hover' in midair.

There are a few other flight models that are accessible - mrsteed1 through mrsteed4 supposedly lets you fly the helicopter flight models.  I assume that this was included for debug purposes as well.  I have yet to test these.

To use this flight model, make a new pilot named "mrsteen" and keep the callsign of "Viper".  Keep the flight model realism at the default of simplified and away you go!

Mud moving, Mrsteen style!  Note the hairpin turns....

3 MILLION (insert best Dr. Evil laugh here) feet high!

Note that I could see the far labels at 405,000 ft while directly above the ground force.... this implies that horizontal distance alone determines labels.

Interesting 'hall of mirrors' effect at high altitude.
