My First AK-74 Build

My first AK-74 started as a bulgy kit & a Hesse receiver.  Once I salvaged the FSB from my AK-103 project, I got the idea to weld up the custom sight block.  I like it, and plan to do more combo FSB/Gas Blocks in the (near) future.

UPDATE

Summer 2005:  My girlfriend has decided she wants an AK rifle.  In Pink.  Since this is my "screw build" rifle, and since this is a Hesse receiver, I'm not as attached to it as my other builds.  Therefore, this rifle gets to be the GF's rifle.  In Pink.  :)
